


胸腺五肽联合 CO2 激光对女性尖锐湿疣患者免疫功能的 影响
刘婷婷 (驻马店市中医院妇产三科,河南 驻马店,463000) DOI : 10 .19347/j. cnki .2096 - 1413.202231025 作者简 介:刘 婷婷(1985— ),女,主 治医 师,硕 士。研 究方向 :妇产 科疾 病。 摘要:目的 探究胸腺五肽联合 CO2 激光对女性尖锐湿疣患者免疫功能的影响。方法 根据随机数字表法,将 2018 年 4 月至 2020 年 5 月我院收治的 118 例女性尖锐湿疣患者分为对照组(59 例,CO2 激光治疗)和联合组(59 例,胸腺五肽+ CO2 激光治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均高 于治疗前,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均低于治疗前,且联 合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的白细胞分化抗原 4 阳性(CD4+ )、白细胞分化抗原 4 阳性/白细胞分化抗原 8 阳性(CD4+ /CD8+ )高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原 8 阳性(CD8+ )低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后 6 个月的复发率 显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 胸腺五肽联合 CO2 激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣的效果显著。 关键词:胸腺五肽;CO2 激光;尖锐湿疣;免疫功能 中图分类号:R752.5 文献标志码:A 文章编号:2096-1413(2022)31-0094-03
Effect of thymopentin combined with CO2 laser on immunologic function of female patients with condyloma acuminatum LIU Tingting (No.3 Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department, Zhumadian TCM Hospital, Zhumadian 463000, China) ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of thymopentin combined with CO2 laser on immunologic function of female patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 118 female patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were divided into control group (59 cases, CO2 laser treatment) and combined group (59 cases, thymopentin + CO2 laser treatment) according to the random number table method. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10), hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were lower than those before treatment, and those of the combined group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the cluster of differentiation 4 positive (CD4 + ) and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive (CD4+ /CD8+ ) in the combined group were higher than those in the control group, and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive (CD8 + ) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 6 months after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The thymopentin combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum has a significant effect.
